Oliver smiled, glad to have the opportunity to introduce himself. “I am a new summon, who died after getting shot. I worked a job a boring, dead-end job in my previous life it forced me to wish for a different life, and I guess now I’m here my life is different ”
Richard and the rest of the group listened intently as Oliver shared his story. After he finished, Richard spoke up.
“Well, we all have different reasons for being here in the guild, money. But one thing we have in common is our love for” “money,” he says under his breath, clearing his throat before continuing “adventure and seeking out new challenges. We always need people on our team, so you’ll fit right in,” Richard said with a smile.
“but, seriously, this job is dangerous as hell, and if we don’t work, we can’t earn money to eat. So many people die a day from starving, and being unable to afford food is all that pushes us, so we need to keep going on these adventures. Once we die, poof presto, our souls disappear, and we cease to exist.”
Oliver nodded, understanding the gravity of the situation. “I’m ready to do my part and help the team succeed.”
“Great! Let’s get you registered as our new member,” Richard said as he reached for a piece of paper and a quill. “Before we start, I just need you to sign your name here.”
Oliver quickly signed the paper and handed it back to Richard. “Thanks, Oliver. Now that you’re officially part of the team, let’s go get you some equipment so you can help us down in the central cave,” Richard explained, detailing their plan for the upcoming level 2 adventure.

As the sun rises on the kingdom, a loud rumbling echoes from the distant town of Bradford, prompting the townspeople to call upon the adventurers to investigate the source. Three hundred thirty-seven adventurers answered the call, enticed by the promise of a monetary reward. Leading the charge was a man named Alex Jacobs, a level 5 sword specialist. He was a tall, bulky, and muscular man with short brown hair and piercing green eyes. He carried a long sword with the engraving “Only in my parent’s memories.”
Men and women of all backgrounds rose to the occasion, determined to fend off the monstrous threat that had emerged from the local cave system. The battle lasted a grueling 37 hours, with the adventurers wielding their weapons, magic, and strength to keep the beasts at bay. Eventually, Alex found himself surrounded by the creatures, with a massive mini-boss and a swarm of monsters charging at him.
Alex stood there, coughing and panting, with a massive bloody scar down his face, flesh bit off and other major lacerations covering his body. Despite his injuries and exhaustion, Alex stood firm, determined to fight until his last breath. “Come at me, you bastards! I will kill each and every last one of you,” he roared, his sword at the ready.
Suddenly another massive creature, the mini-boss, emerged from the cave. The beast was followed by a group of smaller monsters, who seemed to be heading straight for Alex with a blood lust.
Viciously Coughing up blood Alex was able to mutter a few words, “So you are the final boss I must defeat,” he said, barely able to hold onto his sword.
Lifting his sword pointing it at this boss, he say’s “today seems like a great day to die,”
Blood stains his teeth he begins to smile as he charges into the fray of monsters. Dodging and weaving past them like a flowing river putting all his strength into one giant swing to try and do something. After he realizes killing the smaller monsters isn’t doing anything, they would just be more and more will continue to show up. So he aims all his sights on the big boss. In a blink, The creature pierced his chest with its claws, before swatting him away, causing his head to be violently torn off.
A messenger carrying news of a mini-bosses awakening reached the king’s palace, and subsequently the angel’s administration. An angel appeared from the ceiling of the throne room, calling forth the king and his party to action.
“Your Majesty, lambert, a great danger threatens our kingdom,” the angel said, her voice echoing through the chamber. “A powerful monster has awakened from its slumber, and it brings with it a horde of dangerous beasts. Your people need your help.”
Without hesitation, the king, with a lean bulky build, green eyes, and blond hair. He called forth his party of 860 adventurers on horseback to gather at the palace. The group rode through the streets in a parade before exiting the sanctity of the walls protecting the city, heading towards the cave where the monster had emerged.
As they rode, the king gave orders to his party, strategizing and preparing for the upcoming battle. The fate of the kingdom’s colony villages rested on their shoulders, and they were ready to face whatever dangers lay ahead.

The guards enter the building announcing the king parading his party through the town on horseback.
“what’s going on, Richard?” Oliver asks.
“I don’t know, but usually, the only reason for the king to rise from his seat is due to the emergence of a boss or a war, but I haven’t heard anything about a war. So i guess he is going to battle a boss that has emerged from it’s slumber,” Richard says
Oliver looked concerned. “A boss? That sounds dangerous.”
“It is,” Richard confirmed. “but don’t worry the King is a high-ranked veteran adventurer, i think he was level 8 the last time I checked. The majority of the party he leads are level 6 and above, so he is more than capable of doing damage. Don’t worry he is well suited for almost anything.”
Oliver nodded, feeling reassured by Richard’s words. “I hope they are successful in defeating the boss and protecting the kingdom,” he said, his thoughts drifting to the danger that lay ahead.
“Me too,” Richard said with a nod. “But for now, let’s focus on our own tasks. We have our own adventures to go on and challenges to face. Are you ready for level 2?”
Oliver took a deep breath, feeling a surge of excitement mixed with nervousness. “Yes, I’m ready.”
He realized this new life was an opportunity to start fresh, pursue something new, and engrave his mark on the world. He vowed to work hard, learn new skills, and contribute to his party in any way possible. As he began his new life in this strange and wondrous world, he felt a sense of excitement and wonder that he had not felt in a long time.
Oliver turned his attention to the guild’s equipment and began to think about what he might need to prepare for his first adventure. “What kind of equipment should I get?” he asked Richard.
“Well, that depends on your class,” Richard responded. “What type of ability do you have?”
“Forward march,” Oliver says
“Sounds like you are a sword class. Alright, let’s go shopping for supplies and equipment, i have the perfect shop in mind,” Luis says.
“all right, let’s pick this up tomorrow. I’m tired; we were supposed to use today for planning, so tomorrow’s supply hunting is in order.” Amelia says
“You are correct, Amelia. Well, Oliver, I know you have nowhere to stay, so why don’t you stay with us.” Luis says
The guild members watched as the parade of adventurers rode through the town, making their way toward the city walls.
As Richard and Oliver watched the king’s party pass by, they could see the determination etched on each adventurer’s face. The group was well-prepared, equipped with weapons, armor, and magic.
The sound of the horses’ hooves echoed through the street, and the townspeople cheered them on as they passed by. But soon, the last line of adventurers in the parade came and gone, and the sun began to set on the city.
Oliver spent most of the day running around the enormous city before finding a chill party he could be with on adventures. The group walked him over to their small party’s house, and assigned to Charles’s room. Richard tells everyone to sleep early before tomorrow, so they are energetic and sleepy.
“Wow, they are something, the king and his party I mean,” Oliver said to Charles.
“Yea, now, go to sleep, we have to get supplies in the morning and I don’t wanna be half awake,” Charles says in his sleepy state.
Oliver nodded and settled into the bed, feeling grateful for the hospitality of his new guildmates. As he closed his eyes, he couldn’t help but feel a sense of excitement for the adventures that lay ahead.
As Oliver drifted off to sleep, his mind wandered to the days ahead. He thought about the new friends and comrades he had made, and the possibility of becoming a great adventurer. But as he continued to dream, his thoughts turned to the challenges that lay ahead.
He knew that becoming a great adventurer required hard work and dedication, and that it would take time to climb the ranks and attain higher levels. The thought of the dungeon, with all its perils and mysteries, continued to flood his mind.
Despite the dangers, however, Oliver felt a sense of excitement and anticipation. He was eager to explore the depths of the dungeon, to face its monsters and traps, and to uncover its secrets. He knew that the road ahead would be long and difficult, but he was determined to succeed.
With a final thought of the adventure that awaited him, Oliver drifted off into a peaceful slumber, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.
