## Synopsis
In a time when death was unknown, Chukwu, the Supreme God, chose a goat named Ewu to carry the message of eternal life to humanity. But on the path to the village, Ewu meets the cunning tortoise, who whispers that humans will only respect a messenger who brings fear. Pride and envy cloud Ewu's judgment, and he delivers a lie that changes the world forever. As the first death strikes the village, Ewu must confront the weight of his choice. Can he undo what he has set in motion, or will his lie become the eternal fate of all living things? The Mortal Choice is a haunting retelling of a Nigerian legend, exploring the fragile line between truth and consequence, and the sacrifices that shape our existence. An AI-assisted retelling of the legend "The Origin of Death" from Nigeria.
