After all that trouble Loid stood up ready to leave the class
Ignoring all that chaos which happened because of him
As he tried to leave the classroom there was someone who blocked his way
He was Robert Steelcrest
As I observed Robert Steelcrest, the successor of an ancient noble family, his figure commanded attention. With his blond hair that perfectly framed his chiseled face, piercing red eyes that held an air of arrogance, and a well-built physique, he undeniably possessed a handsome visage. Every move he made seemed deliberate, exuding an air of confidence and entitlement that stemmed from his noble lineage.
Arrogance seemed to be etched into his very being, evident in the way he carried himself and interacted with others. His posture was poised and self-assured, as if he believed himself to be above those around him. There was a certain self-centeredness that emanated from him, as if the world revolved around his desires and ambitions alone.
The air of entitlement surrounding Robert was a result of his noble heritage, a reminder that he was the chosen successor of his ancient family. It seemed to fuel his arrogance and self-importance, reinforcing his belief in his own superiority. His demeanor, combined with his striking appearance, made him a figure that people couldn’t help but notice, whether it be for admiration or disdain.
It was clear that Robert Steelcrest was a complex individual, his outer beauty and confidence hiding a selfishness and arrogance that could be both captivating and off-putting. His presence in any room demanded attention, leaving an indelible impression on those who encountered him.
‘It seems he won’t let me pass through huh?’
“Can you let me go?, Mr Steelcrest” I said with disdain
“Haha! Good to know that you know me Senior” he chuckled
“Well didn’t you introduce yourself? Then why asking” I questioned
“It seems you didn’t get the joke so anyway let’s be friends shall we” He said as he moved his hand towards me
“…” For a second or two I thought, is he an idiot who does make friends like this ?
After a brief moment of contemplation, Loid decided to play along and shook Robert’s hand. “Alright,” he replied, keeping his response curt, before swiftly making his exit from the class
*Sigh
“Now this happens so now where was Angela’s class again” I scratched my head
“Hmm…?”
“Right! She was in Combat class maybe if I recall… But where was it ?”
“Hey! I know where combat class is” suddenly out of nowhere Selena Frostbane emerged which shocked me but I succeeded in making poker face as I also have a face to show to a junior isn’t it
Remaining my poker face I said “Where the hell did you come from ?”
“You don’t need to know senior just trust this junior”
‘I literally facepalmed from this but I maintained myself from saying’
“Okay so lead the way” I said sighing in resignation
“Alright!” She said with a energetic tone
‘How does she have that much energy… doesn’t she get tired from the lecture… Oh right I almost forgot she is an elf right’ facepalming myself and sighing I followed her
After a minute or two
She asked “S-Senior… if it is alright can I ask you something”
‘What does she need to ask? We just met today…? Let’s see’
“Alright you can” I agreed
“Do you remember meeting elves?” She asked in a serious voice
After thinking for a while
‘I don’t think so I met an elf here…’
“Not in my memory at least, you remember right as Prof Angelica said I’ve lost my memories in last expedition”
“…Right, how can I forgot that” She said ash she bit her licks
‘She looked so serious when she asked that question… wait, does she know Loid personally?’
It would be better if I asked her directly
“Do you know me from before?” I inquired
“…Nevermind” she sighed and increased her pace and I followed her without questioning her
As I myself don’t know anything about Loid or this world itself…
After a minute we got to the so called Combat class
“Here we are senior, so see you tomorrow” she said
“Okay…” I responded

(Selena’s POV)
Excitedly, I entered the classroom, eager to make new friends and hoping to catch a glimpse of Mr. Kage. Maybe today would be the day I could repay him for his kindness. But life doesn’t always go as planned.
As Angelica addressed the class, saying, “Let’s not delve into Loid’s past. Instead, let’s focus on supporting him in his present journey,” my heart sank. Memories flooded my mind, and I couldn’t help but shout inwardly, “Memory loss! Why now, of all times?”
Still, I thought maybe I should ask him. Maybe he remembers something. I held onto hope, desperately hoping for a glimmer of recognition.
But then it happened.
“Do you remember meeting elves?” I asked, my voice filled with seriousness.
My hope hung in the balance. Would he recall anything? Or would everything be in vain?
“Not in my memory, at least. As Professor Angelica mentioned, I lost my memories during my last expedition,” Loid replied.
I sighed, realizing that my last flicker of hope had vanished. “Right, how could I forget that?” I muttered, biting my lips in frustration.
Afterwards, Loid posed a question of his own. “Do you know me from before?”
“Nevermind,” I sighed, feeling overwhelmed with anxiety. I increased my pace, desperate to escape the situation. I needed to find solace away from prying eyes. “Here we are, seniors. See you tomorrow!” I quickly made my way to the top of the building, seeking solitude where no one could witness my emotional turmoil.
The sound of the door creaking and slamming shut echoed through the empty space. I gasped for breath, my heart pounding in my chest. Sighing heavily, I whispered to myself, “…Why did I ask him that?”
“He has already forgotten everything, Selena,” I murmured, retrieving a locket from my pocket. Opening it, I gazed at the picture inside. It was a snapshot of Loid from his younger days, seemingly taken during his freshman year.
“Everything about me… or perhaps it doesn’t matter,” I whispered, my words barely audible.

As I stood there, someone approached me, and to my surprise, it was Marcus.
“Hey, Loid! Nice to see you here. What’s up?” Marcus greeted me, his towering physique on full display as he stood shirtless, sweat glistening on his skin as if he had just finished some intense physical labor.
“Not much. Professor Angelica asked me to find Angela,” I replied with a casual shrug.
“Oh, I see! Angela is in Room A2, just in that direction,” Marcus pointed towards a specific area, guiding me with his gesture.
I turned my head slightly and noticed a golden name plate labeled ‘A2’ shining in the distance.
“Thanks,” I nodded appreciatively and began making my way towards the room.
With a slight creak, the door swung open, granting me entry. And there, right before my eyes, stood Angela. However, she looked different from how I usually saw her. She was radiant, emanating a unique glow that transformed her entire presence. Her hair was neatly tied back, swaying gently with each movement. Her determined blue eyes held a captivating allure, captivating anyone who met her gaze. And in her hands, she wielded a spear with such grace and elegance, it was a mesmerizing sight to behold.
*HAH *HAH
*Breathing heavily, Angela noticed my presence, she smiled and greeted me with a sweet voice,* “Hey, Loid! How are you doing?”
