DMCA Policy
1. Digital Millennium Copyright Act
Chapterchase respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, we respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Chapterchase platform (the "Platform").
2. Infringement Notification
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that content residing on or accessible through our Platform infringes a copyright, please provide a written notification to our Copyright Agent containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed (URLs are highly preferred).
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and an email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Counter-Notifications
If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification should include your contact information, a description of the material removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Chapterchase reserves the right to terminate users who are deemed to be "repeat infringers." We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Platform and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.
